A ) Ordering Method

2) Fax Order

- Download Order Form

- Fill in the form & fax to 2739 1211

3) E-mail Order

- Download Order Form

- Fill in the form & e-mail to [email protected]

4) 24-hours Online Order
- Select the product and fill-in the online order form in our websites
- Make your online credit card payment
- We accept Visa and Master Card

** Global delivery must be ordered 3days before delivery**

B) Confirmation

Once an order is received, it will be confirmed either by e-mail or phone within 24 hours
( If you haven’t received any re-confirmation, please contact us)

C) Delivery Time

Business hour :	Monday to Sunday 09:00AM – 18:00PM
Telephone Order hour :	Monday to Sunday 8:00AM-10:00PM

D) Delivery Charge ( For any order at or above $350 )

The price listed for each item does not include any portage.

- Make your payment 1 day before delivery

2) Cheque payment
- Payable to "KA'MI FLORIST"
- Write down the sender’s name, contact no/fax no, e-mail address (if any) & product code on the back of the cheque
- Cheque should be mail to: G/F, Peony House, B55 Tai Kok Tsui Road, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon
- Make your payment 1 day before delivery

3) Come to our shop in person
- Payment : By cash, Visa card, Master card or American Express (AE)
- Make your payment 1 day before delivery

4) Online credit card payment
- online transaction can be completed through our website:

- We accept Visa or Master Card for online payment

F) Official receipt

Official receipt will be sent to you upon receipt of your payment, by either the
one of the following method you have chosen previously:
- Fax
- Mail
- E-mail
- Come to our shop in person
